Who is responsible for your data
HITHOT INC LTD, registered in England and Wales, company no. [●], registered office [●] (the "Company"), is the controller of the personal data collected on hithot.net. Contact: info@hithot.net.
What data we collect
- When you reserve a founder seat or apply as a creator: stage name, name and surname, email, phone, shipping country, size, chosen level; for creators also main platform, followers range and profile link.
- When you join the launch list: name, email and phone.
- When you write to us: name, email, phone, who you are and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, date and time of registration and of your consent.
Why we use it
- To send you the confirmation code and confirm your email.
- To reserve your seat and your stage name and contact you about the launch, the payment instructions and your membership.
- To keep you informed about previews, dates and launch news, if you joined the list.
- To answer your requests and business proposals.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed before a possible membership contract that you requested. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@hithot.net.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the launch campaign and up to 24 months after it ends, or until you ask us to delete it. If you become a member, for as long as your membership lasts and as required by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is stored on our own server in the European Union and is only accessed by the Company and by suppliers who help us run the service (hosting, email), bound by confidentiality. When payments open, the payment provider will receive the data needed to process your payment.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@hithot.net. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to your local data protection authority in the EU.
Age
HIT HOT is reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores in your browser your language choice, whether you have already seen the launch-list window and the invite code of the link you arrived from. When you log in to your private area we set one technical cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days; it is deleted when you log out.
If you join with someone's invite code, we record that code so we know who invited you. If you create invite codes in your private area, we record them and count sign-ups and confirmations for each code.
